The vegetable garden and greenhouse
Behind the Berberis hedge is the vegetable garden.
There are three raised beds for vegetables, one of which is a rather unsuccessful asparagras bed, the other two being used in rotation for various crops.
Against the south wall of the compost bins are three apples; two minarets, ('Bardsley' and 'Arthur Turner'), and an espalier trained 'Bramley's Seedling'.
There are four Blueberries in pots; 'Patriot', 'Brigitta', 'Chandler' and 'Earliblue'.
The greenhouse has cold-frame areas, raised beds for salad crops, peas, etc. with benches and a misting unit for propagation.
